Maybe you've heard of it.


It's actually quite simple and very effective.


You look at any goal that you have. Maybe it is a big (dream-like) goal that is something you want to achieve in your life. Maybe it is something you want to accomplish in a year. Or maybe it is something you want to get done today.


Do you have something?


Now, you simply write it down and plan backwards from that "nugget" (the goal) to the present. So instead of trying to figure out what to do next, you would work from the opposite end.


It may sound easy, but it can actually push your thinking.
